Aug 20, 2017: the second day of the pastoral visit began with the address of the Bishop to the adults at 7a.m. Bishop in his teaching highlighted the need to foster the families rich in Christian values, the problems of the modern society on catholic families. He celebrated the Eucharist along with the parish clergy at 8 a.m. Towards the end of the Mass, he was felicitated by the Parish Pastoral Council. The updated version of Parish telephone directory was also released by the Bishop.
At 9:30a.m. he addressed the children and later celebrated the Mass with the Children. Soon after the Mass, he met the members of Altar Servers’ Sodality, Girls Sodality, Children’s Choir and Catechism teachers. He appreciated their selfless service to the Church in their own might.
