Feast of St. Cecily, Patron of Singers' and Musicians', was celebrated by the Members of Urwa Church Choir on 17th November 2024, in the Centenary Hall of the Church. The members from Children's Choir, Konkani and English Choir were present. Parish Priest Fr Benjamin Pinto, Asst Parish Priest Fr Lanson Maxim Pinto, Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council Mr. Lloyd Lobo, the Secretary Mrs Sylvia Mascarenhas and coordinator of 21 Commission, Mr. Kevin Martis, were among those present. Rev. Msgn. Leslie Shenoy and Rev. Fr. Ronald Lobo were the special invitees for the programme. The Programme began by invoking God's blessings. Along with some fun and frolic, lively games were conducted by Mr. Mrinal and team. It was indeed a fun filled evening. Parish Priest Fr Benjamin Pinto gave his valuable message on the significance of the day. Rev. Msgn. Leslie Shenoy invoked God’s blessings on the gathering and food. The celebration concluded with dinner.
