Rev Fr Henry Sequeira celebrated Ruby jubilee i.e. 40 years of priestly ordination on 5th May 2022 at Urwa Church.

The thanksgiving mass of the occasion was celebrated at 6.30 a.m. presided over by Fr Henry Sequeira and concelebrated by Fr Benjamin Pinto, Fr Walter D’mello, Fr Rahul, Fr Nelson Pais and his brother Fr Alwyn Sequeira OCD,

A felicitation programme was arranged in the mini hall soon after mass. The guests were welcomed by the Parish Priest Fr Benjamin Pinto.

Fr Walter D’mello, the judicial Vicar of ecclesiastical tribunal of Mangalore Diocese raised the toast for Fr Henry appreciating his humane and intellectual qualities in his 40 years’ service to the diocese in various capacities like being Parish Priest, Professor at St Joseph's Seminary, Judicial Vicar of the diocese and Chancellor of the diocese.

Mr Lloyd Lobo, Mrs. Lucy Dsouza, PPC members, parishioners and siblings and close relatives of Fr. Henry were present at the celebration. Fr Rahul proposed vote of thanks. The programme ended with serving breakfast to all.
