Dec. 26, 2017: Christmas, the feast commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ was celebrated in a meaningful way on the 24th of December. Parishioners gathered in large number at 7 p.m. in the Church ground. The celebration commenced with the carol singing led by the choir members. Rev Fr Roshan Crasta, administrator of Fr Muller’s, Thumbe was the main celebrant. After the Holy Eucharist, a tableau depicting the scene of Jesus’ Birth was enacted by nearly 50children and other artists of the Church. Parish clergy cut the cake along with the little children symbolising the joy and happiness brought by Christ along with His birth. the arrival of Santa Claus added more joy to the celebration. People were seen wishing each other teh greetings of Christmas.
